Hello dears!!
Happy new year to all of you!! :) I hope you had a safe and happy start into 2016...
I personally haven't made any resolutions for this year, even though I do plan to do some things and make an effort to do some things more often, in order to keep myself sane / get myself back from feeling utterly depressed, which unfortunately happened to be the way I was until maybe two or three days ago... I won't be going into that right now, though, but today I have already done two things:
1. I have started writing a song... It just really came to me so-to-say, and I must say, I already love the chord changes... :) What the text was about, I probably have more of an idea of than I think right now, but most of the time I do write lyrics / poetry, at least several years back, it was like "automatic writing" rather than anything else... This time again. I like it thus far, even though it is not finished yet!! :)
2. I have listened to a song on heavy rotation for about an hour now, which is "Love's Not For Me" by Graham Gouldman, which was featured on the soundtrack to the animation movie "Animalympics". And somehow especially the line "And if you lose it's your mistake" always stuck out to me... I recommend you give this song a listen, and the movie is highly recommended, too!! :)
So, the latter really got very close to me... I eventually got out a piece of paper and drew the characters of René Fromage (a French goat) and Kit Mambo (an African lioness), but not in the usual picture shown of them doing what happens at the end of the movie (No spoilers intended!), but rather of them running towards each other behind the goal line... Behind them, they had left the running track which was also covered with and surrounded by barbed wire... And carried some wounds from this...
I must also admit, I have never really drawn a fanart of characters from an animated movie... Except for e. g. Sailor Moon and such, but never animals. I think you can say it like that. :D I hope you like it despite my non-apparent drawing skills...
Have a lovely rest of the day, dears! I really hope you will!!

Work In Progress (WIP) - Beautifying my FOLDER ^_^ (pt. 1)
Hello,
how are you all? :)
I got to buy *some stuff* at a shop in our district town today [transparent paper in several colours for the lantern I am planning to make, AND stickers, a set of three different washi tapes, and 100 separator sheets (I think that's enough :D.).
AND I decided to sit down and make the first separator sheet for the folder (I decided it would be Japanese ^o^), opened a picture on my pc and drew the entire character free-handedly onto a piece of white paper, and then glued it to the separator sheet. It is NOT finished yet, as it will be more colourful and such, but as for "right now", I feel that is enough:
He says: "Be careful, I can speak Japanese!!" ^^ Right now I wonder why I didn't let him speak one of the German dialects (Öcher Platt) ;). Ah well, either way, he is cute!!
This is for the Japanese section... There will come more and more and more :). Look forward to that!! ^.^
Have a nice rest of the day, you guys. I hope we'll see each other soon!!

They're swimming in mineral water.
Hey dears!
How are you all? After my sister drew a minion today for one beloved person of ours, who happens to love the minions from the Despicable Me movies, I decided it was time to draw/paint something... I chose felt tips again. It is an underwater scene featuring all kinds of sea creatures... And I like it, really *so proud*.
If you do notice something strange here, I will not blame you for certain :P. I love the scared octopus, the chilling jellyfish, the sea horses with their share of the gold treasure, the waving sea star, the cool seals, the hungry koi carp with its blueberry muffin, the funky disco ray, Spongebob, the school of fish, the nosy sun, and what else is on this picture. :D
I hope you like it, too. Do you have any favourite animals inhabiting the sea? I tried to include all of mine here, but to be open, I guess there are many, many more!! :)
Have a nice day!!

In the mood for some royalty?
Heyhey and welcome to day 3 of the first QUARTERLY CREATIVE PROJECT. :) Before I start I wanted to mention to the people reading and living in Germany : Please - if you like to, of course! - go and buy the newest issues of "Simply Kreativ" AND the special the magazine "Brigitte" just released this month for sewing, knitting, crocheting, patchwork, embroidering, etc. Both are really good, and I bought them myself yesterday! They are even cat-approved!!
Yoshi* likes the articles, as well as the gimmicks of the "Simply Kreativ" mag. ^^
Next, of course, I drew a portrait today :). This time, it was still not "perfect" BUT I can see some progress, BUT you have to make sure not to laugh, *kay? That is because I chose a character we all met at some point, and not a "real human being" (except for those doing readings (cartomancy) with skat cards), but I am talking too much again ...
Ladies and Gentlemen!! Here he is!!
I guess you guys know who he is already? If not, here is the comparison picture, also for reference on what the effing eff I did wrong this time. But again, what is perfection? An enemy. That*s right *nods*!
Hahaha :D. I hope you like what you see. If not, still go and buy those magazines :). If you live here, that is!
Love you!!

2!! Peter, please don*t hate me for this!!
*talks to herself* "This is about making progress ... This is about making progress ... This is about-" OH, HAI.
So, this is the result of the second portrait I tried drawing, and I am stressing the word "tried" here. This time, it features a famous person, namely "PS" of the bands/projects Project Pitchfork, Santa Hates You, and ImAtem. Well, these are the ones I have heard so far. They are actually really good; you should listen to their music *advertises*.
Anyways, I tried drawing him. The result was a ... I cannot describe it. I feel so ashamed, and also, it is barely recognisable. I am sorry, PS, you certainly don*t look like thiiis~!! :(
But, this is about progress. I might get back to drawing him again once I feel more comfy drawing portraits. As of now, I am not content with this at all. But this is (also) probably my perfectionism speaking. Hm. Anyways, here it is :
TADAAA! I know you can hardly see it. I didn*t drew the left ... Unfortunately.
BLAH.

Quarterly Creative Project. The intro. ^^
Hello my dear readers :)!
Yesterday, I have been having a not-so-good day, and ended up writing a really depressive entry into my paper diary. Somehow there were several things placed on that diary and I had to go through them anyways and found some old ideas of mine, some tips on how to cope with having too many goals for one lifetime, and such. But first things first :
When writing all these things down (the ones I found last night), I had been reading the book "What Do I Do When I Want To Do Everything?" by Barbara Sher. Well, the German version, of course. Anyways, this book deals with a certain type of people, which Barbara Sher called "scanners" : Their interests have a broad variety, many think they have to put everything into their job to really enjoy it, but since they are never completely fulfilled with doing only one thing out of their interests, they suffer greatly and in the end most likely quit.
I found out I must be one of those people, and it was at first not really easy to accept my "milestones" as what they were. In fact, I had forgotten long after working with the book that I even had milestone moments in life, and maybe that was what pulled me down.
However, I went through all these old ideas, and I stumbled over the term "quarterly creative project", which is exactly what it sounds like : You choose something to do creatively for the next three months and work your way through all the ideas you have, concentrate on one topic for a quarter of a year. I wasn*t sure what to choose but since I had tried to draw portraits and I wish to become better, I will choose drawing portraits as the first challenge for three months. I hope I will finally be able to draw shadows for real (Since this is the biggest trouble I have with drawing portraits), and that I will learn new techniques and get to draw a LOT more :).
I of course don*t want to give up other things, and I might end up doing them, too, but I find the idea to work on something that intensely really thrilling!
Here*s the first portrait of the series. The one I worked on today. Let*s see how my portraits look in three months, shall we?
I will keep you updated. And yes, I put the original there for comparison. See you later, alligator!

Yayyy, an entry!! :P
Yesterday, my sister (Meian*) and I wanted to draw / paint so badly that we gave in in the end. We both chose a colour to draw with (I chose RED, her drawings were BLUE.) and off we went to let the fun happen! We both closed our eyes and randomly drew a few lines in all kinds of shapes on the piece of paper ... There need not have been 6543413 lines, I maybe had three to five of them in the end. The next step was easy. Draw what comes to your mind (eyes open) using the lines you already have. So I drew the following :
The worm*s saying "It*s winter!" and the elephants say "Not all things here are like they seem to you." Also, the bird king is wearing a "Bommelmütze" on its head (Like a hat for winter, with this little thing put on top of it that*s really fluffy and stuff.).
We also did a second round, in which I ended up drawing mating snails ... Except for them having changed their position, obviously. I know I should feel ashamed for this, for even having drawn this in the end, but ... I am not :P!
This snake is thinking : "I feel sick!" Also, I love the voyeurist frog. And I just noted that I mis-spelled "tip" in the end. Thanks go to the New German Orthography, in which "tip" is really written with double "p". Anyways, yaaay.
The idea came from MaryDoodles on Youtube, I think (Meian* mentioned it to me. I have seen one of her videos, though, the "Edison vs. Tesla" one, and it is FRIGGING AWESOME!! :) She is very talented.).
I am happy that I feel a lot more motivated to go for other things now ... Even if this just seems "childish" or "silly", I loved the idea, and it sparked so much inspiration for me again :). Thank you for reading, and see you soon!!

Ich habe mal wieder gezeichnet ... :)
I was in "that mood" again yesterday, which to me means, "drawing mood". Menaing I drew. I drew a picture of Malice Mizer in different times with the clothing and poses and such I thought would fit best to them. For some reason, the times didn*t always correspond with each other.
From left to right : Közi (impersonating Dalí in my mind for some reason), Kami (As I*d imagine him to have looked during some kind of revolution or war), Gackt and Mana in more or less traditional Japanese clothes (Mana looks like a rapper to me!), Yu~ki as Count Backula, Klaha writing to Yu~ki, and Tetsu ... works at a spaceship, apparently. :)
I don*t know what was wrong with me. I also wanted to draw hands better (I often avoid doing that!). I hope you can see what I mean :).

Das ist kake mit dem Zumba-Zombies!! XDDD (Those getting the reference, I salute you!!)
Hello again!!
I just ordered four (!!!(!(!!!))) books (including two (!!!) manga (!!!) *slaps herself*). The manga are just from the series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon/Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon/Sailor Moon/whatever, and the books are "Find Your Happy" (by Shannon Kaiser) and "Living Out Loud" (by Keri Smith). I think both can really help me right now, because I felt / feel somewhat stuck in a rut (creatively, for example).
If anybody has an idea how to overcome this & you say it before Thursday, I salute you. (Why am I saluting everybody? ANYWAYS!!)
Last night I drew/"painted" (with felt-tips) a picture featuring zombies doing zumba. Zumba zombies are well-known for shaking back and forth a lot as well as for having a great feeling for rhythm, or at least a better feeling for rhythm than usual zombies, which means basically that their feeling for rhythm sucks. Ahem.
Here*s the picture :
And you have guessed right ("I haven*t guessed ANYTHING!!"), I listened to Lady Gaga*s "Do What U Want" ... A lot. I somehow love my zomba crowd. :D
I couldn*t scan the picture decently, so this is a photograph of it, d*uh. But I hope you will like it nevertheless and forgive me for my absence. I wuv you all!!

Le Ciel (more or less a portrait)
Heyho. ^^
The past few days I have been working on various things, but mainly music. Today I thought it would be awesome to draw a little with my felt-tips, and since I did want to draw a certain person (Those who know me a bit better will know who :D ... Közi!!), I ended up searching for a good original picture & found one from the time when "Le Ciel" was recorded (or at least a photoshoot was done with the band Malice Mizer). I love drawing Közi, really :)!!
The picture itself is a *bit* minimalistic, but I still like it somehow! I actually wanted to call the picture "What does the artist want to tell us with this?", but I didn*t. Instead, I wrote some pseudo-French phrases in the upper right corner :
"Nous sommes dans le ciel.
Nous sommes dans l*air.
Il n*y a pas de peur."
(Then I wanted to find a word rhyming with this but granny* came in twice to ask for some wool to knit, so I couldn*t continue / think of anything ...)
I hope you like it nevertheless; here it is :
Looking forward to hearing from you guys soon!! ^___^

Rota Taro Orat Tora Ator
Aaand here*s the second entry (of three). I made this picture, which is related to the tarot as you may (or may not) see, around the same time as the "No Fear, No Sadness" one :
What I like about the picture in particular is that a subject I have created at some point in my teenage years was picked up again here.
What do you think (about it)?
What I like about the picture in particular is that a subject I have created at some point in my teenage years was picked up again here.

No fear, no sadness!
Long time no see, but now you will be flooded with information, mwahaha!! :D
How is everybody? I am actually doing fine, have been working on a lot of stuff. I will dedicate one entry to each project,so that it looks like I made more so that I can explain everything in detail ;). Let*s start with a picture I have worked on this summer or late spring :
Probably I listened to Malice Mizer too much (not only because of the title). The text "My Memory Is A Liar" was put there because of a song Gackt sang once (and which was a cover I think?).
It is hard to explain the "subject" of the picture as it was basically created with the idea : "Let*s make something pleasant for the eye!!" There are clocks on a band (like rubber band), checkered blood stains, and mountains ... And some more stuff, too ("stuff" is a good description now, isn*t it?!).
AN ANNOUNCEMENT WHATSOEVER (Because I may forget to say it in the next entries!) : I*m able to film small videos now. I already made a video explaining the Lenormand but I am not sure when I can upload it. I might also make some in connection to being creative, so WATCH OUT :D!!

Papercutting? Calligraphy? Art? Music? Ohhh, the love!! :)
Recently I went to the dentist with my mum*, so we sat in the waiting room and I looked around and found some papercuttings on the walls, and now that my curiosity was awakened, I really have been thinking about ways to make them myself. This didn*t really help me, so I went to Wikihow instead and found this tutorial ... I really found the idea of using papercuts in all variations great, but I won*t tell you too much about my plans.
What I will tell you, however, is that i am totally in "construction mode" right now, which is good :). I really want to do calligraphy now, for real. I once made something calligraphy-like for my granny* for Christmas, but then again, she couldn*t read it ... I felt rather sorry then for confusing her, but that*s not the subject right now.
Also, I am currently - along with "Lost Souls" (Poppy Z. Brite) and "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon #6" (Naoko Takeuchi) - reading a book by Barbara Sher, called What Do I Do When I Want To Do Everything?, and it is very good. I followed the advice so far and really found some projects I could work on, for example, in my own room :). For example, I want to draw notes (Yes, yes, sheet-music-like!) onto the walls in the rehearsal room, and I want to make some furniture, or better said build something else out of them (Apart from the desk which I will really make myself ... With help, though ;)!), and I want to make, not a triptychon, but "one" image made of five (!) single pictures. And I want to have a corner with photographs & postcards & collages.
I need aaart~!! Also I started working on a new song on Friday. :) I hope I will be able to record it well & also to upload it.
What have you been up to? I really want to make an art journal, too, thanks go to Gala Darling & the person whose "Radical Self-Love Bible" she shared in her blog recently :). I am amazed because of this, so thanks for the inspiration!!

Tarot, pt. 2 (High Priestess + Empress)
Hellooo!! :)
Okay, so today I made the fourth tarot card for my deck (The Empress), and thought it was about time to share this card, and the card representing the High Priestess here, too. ^_^
I will say something about each card underneath. Let*s start, shall we?
The High Priestess (II) :
So, what to say? The card itself, as you may know, refers to one*s intuition, and to following the latter. My sister* said the woman here looks like Iustitia (I hope I spelled her name right), but that was not my intention. She is holding her book as this symbolizes wisdom, and the notes and the blindfold point to her intuition (At least to me that makes perfect sense ;D!). She is following her intuition and doing what she feels is right for her, creating a new surrounding.
The next card is the Empress (III) :
Now this card shows a pregnant woman in nature who is enjoying the beauty of the plants, water, etc. surrounding her. She is standing in a pond, and in the background there is a bunny (It is supposed to be one!) and the water circles of Atlantis ^^. The card "Empress" stands for fertility and what this can create in one*s life. :)
The mediums used for colouring them were a pencil, and crayons, and colour felt-tips. I hope you like them. If you want to, you may always comment on the posts; I am looking forward to hearing from you!!

Memes ...!
I found a great page recently with many, many memes for yourself to work your way through ;D. Of course, some seemed really interesting to me. I will be posting my results from two memes on here, which are *drum roll, please!* :
The 30 Day Photography Challenge & the 30 Day Super Awesome Drawing Challenge ...
It will start as soon as possible ;D. Probably even today, but I cannot promise this yet. I am still working my way through two other memes, and still -- I really want to do this!
I have to admit, photography-wise I am not a really big talent, because I have no real account of anything I took a photo of. I also remember when I tried, my hands started shaking, like in panic. I don*t know why, though. Maybe it will vanish when I practice a little, and maybe photography will turn out a really great new hobby for me ;D. I also like the way it makes you be as open for the results as possible by only naming subjects but no "You have to do this and this and this". Much room for creativity!!
As for drawing ... Well ... Yeah, I love drawing :D. I am looking forward to it, really. :)
Also, I wanted to ask something. Does anybody of you know of any competitions/challenges for people writing blogs on any creative subject? That*d be awesome!!
Feel free to comment~!

Tarot :) (Fool + Magician)
Ohhh yeaaah. ^^
How have you guys been recently? I have been rather busy I guess ^^. But I decided to get creative today, and start working on my first full self-made tarot deck. Of course, I wanted to start off with my favourite card of every tarot deck, the FOOL. It was based on another FOOL card I have once made, and then lost (No comment), and I WUV it. And you know what WUV stands for. "Willy uses victory". Imagine Willy to be a Pokémon ...
Anyways, here is my beautiful, beautiful FOOL card ("Narr" is German of course ^^) :
Don*t you just simply love it? It was made with crayons and colour felt-tips, and yes, he has a cat face. ^^ It is an adventure that just begins, and it is playful, it is a bit (or a lot) surrealism-inspired ... I hope you like it just as much as I do. ^^
And here is the second one, and the last one I made today, the MAGICIAN ("Magier" in German) :
The book has "Es ist Dein Weg." written on it, which translates as "It is your way." I am aware that the magician himself doesn*t show up here, but I wanted to create the sense of "It is YOUR time to take the initiative!" ^^
Tell me what you think if you like!

Don*t envy the suns.
Good day everybody!
How are you all? Today I finished a certain drawing/painting of mine. It feels strange to call this "painting", bu then again, there are so many colours in it :P. Well, as you can see, it is called "Don*t Envy The Suns". Please try to find the meaning in it yourself; it does have several meanings to me already. And even though the woman really looks a bit strange, too, I like the picture.
Aaand I sort of forgot about this picture several weeks ago, and found it again this morning, and used my opportunity ;D.
What do you think? It was coloured with crayons as you can see!
Ah yes, and tomorrow, the CD "Gift" by ZIZ is going to be released! I hope I can purchase it ... And I found some flashcards and I know already what to do with them (NEW TAROT DECK, HERE I COME!!!). ^^
Have a nice day everybody!

I am still alive!! :D
What*s up, people? I hope you are alright, and in a good mood. Me being not here very often DOESN*T mean I didn*t get to do anything creative at all. It just means that I wasn*t here in some time. :)
I first want to share with you a picture I drew inspired by a challenge for 101 to be done in 1001 days, and I drew it on my birthday which was on the 2nd of May. It shows my favourite musician of all time, whose name is Közi. He is the best, and I had a good time drawing it, plus I always like the expression in these pictures.
Here it is *ahem*!
I hope you like it :).

Be Yourself
You Are My World
I don*t have much to tell you about this, other than I drew two pictures today, and this is the first. There is a saying that goes like : "Humans are angels with only one wing. It is just when they embrace that they can fly.", and this inspired me in the end to draw the picture I am going to share with you now. :)
I hope you will like it!
