OHAI MARK (& the others!)!

I am sorry it has been so long. :( Some stuff has happened, partly not really GOOD stuff, but I am trying my best to deal with it. I hope everybody is okay, though! I really do.

Apart from soul-searching and going to doctors and hospitals, I didn't really feel like updating here a lot. Sorry to bore you with this; it is nothing personal, though. I guess it was just hard for me to write in here (publically), too. I have finished some paintings and drawings when in hospital, though. Also started writing new songs, whoo. Kai, the epic guitar of epicness that also entered my dreamworld yesterday or so (I dreamed of getting my other guitar repaired...), hasn't been mad at me and performed well enough for my ears.

Maybe I can show you those works soon. :) And I want to work out another 101/1001 list for myself, to be entirely honest. I know this idea is stolen (Kei, I am really sorry for this :(...!), but I feel it could help me get out of the boredom and such. I will let you know in time...

I am currently once again on speed-related, unvoluntary detox. The fact that this frigging internet connection slows down after a certain amount of GBs is used up really, seriously pisses me off! :\

Okay, so I will start working with the fabric (panne velvet) I bought recently soon, but I wanted to stop by to quickly announce something new.

I want to start a "How to" series here, too. I have some ideas on tutorials I could post already, too. If you would like to read about how I happen to write songs (I know there are people doing it in a different way, and that*s fine. I just want to teach you "my way" to do so :).), or if you want to learn how to build a web site, or if you want to learn knitting, ... You will be happy :)!!

I don*t know the title yet, but I hope you will enjoy it. After all, I think this is more of interaction with other people, and we all can learn something new along this way! Learning is cool!! :D

Lame excuses? Thumbs up!!

Stupid Rina. Stupid, stupid ME. Yesterday, I cut myself accidentally with an axe. Don*t worry, my thumb is okay, but it is still hurting sometimes - when touching stuff -, and I don*t really have the will to draw anything right now. I am sorry.

I promise I will get back to doing something with this blog as soon as possible, especially since it means a lot to me, and I couldn*t get this out of my mind.

On the lighter side : On Friday, we found a great place to buy fabric at ... Not online, no. It is very close to where I live. Am looking forward to working with awesome fabric and presenting you the benefits of sewing ;)!!

I hope you had a good start into 2014 (At this point, really, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!). As so many other people, I want to stick to my resolutions for 2014, but to be honest, I haven*t written them down ANYWHERE. This has to change ^o^.

* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to lose weight.
* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to start working at a new job.
* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to start volunteering.
* I want to paint a quintych (Like a triptych, but made of five pieces), for my room.
* I want to take more photographs (and share them with you).
* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to share more photos I find (from family members, etc.).
* I want to write more songs (both for shrRî.ngAra karanA bleu & Valley Visionary).
* I want to colaborate with other musicians.
* I want to craft (more).
* I want to knit more.
* I want to learn to sew.
* I want to improve my rooms :) (DIY/home improvement).
* I want to learn to crochet.
* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to have more fun.
* (Unrelated to this blog) I want to get to know new people in my area.

Okay, that was all for now :). Did you make resolutions for the new year (also related to this blog ;D)? Did you share them anywhere?

Actually, people say if you share them with others, you*ll be under more pressure to make them come true ... Let*s see how this will work! And yes, that*s quite a lot ...

Taking breaks (announcement).

I think, with me at least, the thing that makes me most uncomfortable is that I spend so much time online that I hardly ever get around to working on creative projects. With this day, I have announced an indefinite hiatus on some places, meaning I will do my best to work on such projects as mentioned above more ^_^.

I am looking forward to that. It will be a more healthy lifestyle, after all. Doesn*t mean I won*t use the computer at all, but I want to spend less time doing nonsense there. Who needs to check his e*mails as often as I do, for example? (Believe me, it IS often.)

The things I am thinking of doing & making are, for example, songs, pictures, more written stuff (I have started working on a Fanfic, for example. BACK TO THE FUTURE FOR THE WIN!!), photos, sewing, knitting, etc. If you have any ideas or wishes, do not hesitate to ask for them :). Maybe this will lead to more inspiration!

Ah yes, and, I hope we*ll hear from each other before X-mas ... Have a nice time until the next update!! :)
